In Their Words
“My wife and I were trying to buy a house in Alabama very recently, up above Birmingham, near family. We live in Florida, so it was essential that we hire an A+ home inspector that would not miss critical details, or water down, or even attempt to cover up anything (I have had problems like these in past house transactions). I used the Better Business Bureau to give me a list of top inspectors, and HomeScan Home Inspection Services was at the very top of the list (Don't start at the bottom and work your way up). Patrick saved our bacon on the first house we were attempting to buy (it was a soup sandwich). We found what we thought was a much better house after that, and had Patrick inspect that one as well, and much to our surprise that house had major problems too. We had Patrick inspect our 3rd choice, and although he found problems with it, they were mostly of a lesser degree, and we were able to work out a compromise with the seller, and are now waiting for the closing date. I can not emphasize enough how great HomeScan Home Inspection Services is. Patrick will save you from any bad housing purchases you may make, as he provides a very detail-oriented report of his findings, complete with pictures, and if you have any questions, he bent over backwards to discuss and help us understand anything that we wanted to bring up. Patrick's services were worth each and every penny that we spent, and I would not hesitate, ever, to hire him again in the future. I fully recommend HomeScan Home Inspection Services to anyone that is thinking of investing in a home. Nothing short of excellent. I am not one to gush on about someone or something, but you should just hire him and not even think about it. I would give him 6 stars if they would let me.”
“Patrick is excellent to work with. He recently did 2 home inspections for us and provided us with 2 great comprehensive reports. He took the time to walk me through the properties and answered every question that I had. I would not purchase a home without having it inspected by him.”
“We really appreciated the thoughtfulness and help from Patrick! He was very thorough in his inspection and went through all the details with us before we all left. I also really liked his software he used for signatures and payments. It was a very smooth and easy process!”
